How Ordering Works

Four Steps

  1. Step 1

    Send your plans

    Email your drawings and panel details.

  2. Step 2

    We take off and quote in writing

    We review your plans and send a written quote. Lead time is confirmed in your written quote.

  3. Step 3

    Approve and pay the deposit

    Approve the quote and pay the deposit stated in it.

  4. Step 4

    We build, you collect

    We build your panels. You collect them or arrange delivery.

What to Send

  • Stamped or permit drawings, or your plans as a PDF
  • Wall lengths and heights
  • Panel spec, for example 2x6 at 16 inches on centre
  • Sheathing type
  • Window and door schedule
  • Site address
  • Needed-by date

Questions

Do you design the wall panels?

No. We build to your plans. You or your designer supply the drawings and the panel specification.

Do you provide engineering stamps?

It depends on the project. What is included, and what you need to supply, is confirmed in your written quote.

Do you deliver?

Please ask. Collection or delivery arrangements are confirmed in your written quote.

Can you install the panels?

Yes. We have framing crews, and installation can be scoped into your quote.

Is there a minimum order?

Please ask when you send your plans. Any minimum is confirmed in your written quote.

What does it cost and how long will it take?

Every order is quoted by hand from your plans. Pricing, lead time, terms and deposit are set out in your written quote.
